Effect of aerobic exercise and supplementation virgin coconut oil on lipid profile

Abstract Dyslipidemia and sedentary lifestyle are risk factors for atherosclerotic heart disease. The research objective was to determine the effect of aerobic exercise virgin coconut oil supplementation on lipid profile obese women. subjects were 20 women with obesity, divided into two groups, namely experimental group (doing VCO supplementation) control (only doing exercise) 43.55±2.21 age, 154.75±0.05 height, 75.75±1.44 weight 31.69±1.63 BMI. did 8 weeks, while without supplementation. Total cholesterol triglyceride levels measured before after exercise. Using t test, statistical analysis conducted significance level test considered be p<0.05. results showed that combination resulted in a more significant reduction compared (p = 0.001). conclusion is can reduce total cholesterol, thus preventing cardiovascular
